These terms govern all quotations, orders and supplies of goods by Nexa Setu Limited (trading as “Araamya”), a company registered in England & Wales (“we”, “us”) to business customers. By placing an order you agree to these terms. We trade business-to-business; nothing on this site is an offer to consumers.
Quotations & orders
Quotations are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing (the order confirmation), which records the product specification, quantity, price, delivery term and lead time. The approved pre-production sample forms part of the specification.
Prices & payment
Prices are stated in the order confirmation, exclusive of VAT and duties unless the agreed Incoterm says otherwise. Payment terms are agreed per order and typically split between order confirmation and shipment. We may suspend production or delivery while any amount is overdue.
Delivery
Delivery is made under the Incoterm stated in the order confirmation. Lead times are stated honestly and updated promptly if they move; they are estimates, not guarantees, where delay is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Quality & claims
Goods are inspected against the approved sample to AQL 2.5 before dispatch. Claims for visible defects or shortages must be notified within 14 days of delivery, with photographs and carton references; we will replace, credit or refund non-conforming goods at our option. Fair wear, misuse and storage damage after delivery are excluded.
Liability
Our total liability per order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Questions: hello@araamya.com.
