What we collect
When you submit an inquiry or pricing request we collect the details you give us: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, market, and your message. Form submissions are processed by Formspree Inc. on our behalf and delivered to our inbox. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use your details solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotations and manage a trading relationship. The lawful basis is legitimate interest (responding to a business inquiry you initiated) and, once trading, contract performance. We do not sell your data.
Retention & sharing
Inquiry data is kept while the conversation or trading relationship is active and then deleted on request or after a reasonable period. We share data only with service providers needed to run the business (form processing, email, freight and customs documentation where an order requires it).
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, at any time: hello@araamya.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
